We are here to share all we know about yoga so that you can make if a part of your daily living, not just the one hour a week on your mat. Yoga focuses on alignment which clears the body of negative energy and makes way for energy that serves us. As a result, strength and flexibility increase, which have incredible benefits to your body. Not only do you end up looking better but more importantly, you feel good too. Each of the yoga poses is built to reinforce the muscles around the spine, the very core of your being, from which everything else operates. When the core is working properly, posture is improved, thus alleviating physical soreness in the back, shoulders and neck. The digestive system and other functions in the body also reap the benefits of yoga poses.
Our Studio has Classes for Everyone
The studio was created with love and passion. This energy is a common point of feedback from students. We even have teachers and participants travelling great distances because Karma Lifestyle Yoga has an “energy” that is unique. It is our mission to make the studio a space where everyone feels welcome and part of the group. After numerous years of visiting studios around the world, I personally believe that comfort and quality are the keys factors to running a successful studio!
