No matter what style of yoga you choose to do, you will likely see improvements in many areas of your health. By practicing regularly you can:

Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a fun twist on yoga poses combined with acrobatics as you are suspended from the ceiling, lying down, inverted, standing in the silks or supported by the silks with your feet on the floor. 

Chakra Restore 
Through a series of gentle movements you will balance your chakras (energy centres), explore breath techniques and receive insight into the way your body speaks to you.  Each week we will delve deeper to discover how our chakras are connected physically and emotionally to our mind, body, and soul. This class is informative & relaxing.  
Core Yoga Alignment
Building core awareness and strength through breath and asana practice can lead to better balance and coordination, increased mobility, a calmer focused mind and improved over all health.
Every person's body has an optimal blue print of alignment. What throws this out of balance is our reaction to life’s experiences and circumstances. These techniques are simple to learn, fun to do and powerful in there effect on the body. They encourage body awareness and build the supporting muscles of the skeletal system, which encourage healthy aging. 

Floating Aerial Restorative & Meditation
The support of a silk hammock allows the body to completely surrender & balance the elements of a slow-paced restorative, pranayam & guided visualization enhancing awareness of the internal sensations present in the body. 

Hatha FLow

This class is a classical approach to yogic breathing exercises (pranayam) and postures (asana). This gentle, slow class will help bring peace to the mind & body, preparing the body for the closing meditation.  

Hip & Twists

Hip openers create freedom – not only in your hips, but also in your back and legs. Twists, when practiced safely, awaken your spine while massaging, toning and detoxing your internal organs. Combining these two is strengthening yet relaxing to the whole body. Enjoy greater clarity, more efficient digestion and a significantly improved range of motion as positive results of the practices shared in this class. Hands-on assists are offered for deeper understanding of body dynamics.  

Kids Yoga: AGES 3-5
In this playful yoga class designed especially for little ones, the children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class. Each class ends with a period of relaxation.  
Kids Yoga:  AGES 6-12
Yoga is an ancient healing practice known to calm the body, mind, and emotions. In this playful yoga class designed especially for elementary aged-children, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress in their daily lives. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class. Each class ends with a period of relaxation and aromatherapy.  

Mom & Baby Yoga (Dads welcome too)
 Celebrate parenthood with other Moms and Dads in your community in our supportive, safe and inclusive space as you connect with your body and baby. All mamas are welcome after six weeks postpartum but be sure to check with your doctor if you’re unsure if yoga is right for you. Our trained instructors work on the following:  - Core and pelvic floor recovery   - Exercises and stretches to relieve sore neck/shoulder/back from lifting and caring for babes  - Learn relaxation strategies to relieve stress and anxiety  - Gain strength and flexibility in your change in body
Morning Yoga Flow
A gentle morning vinyasa flow routine to awaken the body physically, mentally and spiritually.   

 

Pre-Natal Yoga
Pregnancy is an amazing time to begin or continue a yoga practice. You will love how prenatal yoga connects you to your changing body + your beautiful babe, while preparing your mind and body for birth. You do not need to have prior yoga experience -- we have women of all levels in our prenatal yoga classes. 

Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Relax and reduce stress as you hold each gentle pose using strategically placed props and soothing lavender eye pillows to help you sink into deep relaxation. The meditation is guided to assist you in your path to a clear state of mind to promote healing.  

Slow Flow
Balance your chakras (energy centres) through a variety of poses and slow movements.  Our chakras are connected physically and emotionally to our mind, body, and soul. This class is active & relaxing.  

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga invites stillness of mind and body with gentle poses that stretch the connective tissues of the body. It helps to soothe and relax the nervous system and prepares the mind and body for stillness and insight. Yin Yoga aims to increase flexibility in the low back, hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to the more active, yang lifestyles we lead.
