Flight Club- Acro Yoga Workshop

In this class participants will get to explore the fundamentals of Acro Yoga.  We will introduce pose names, explain alignment, and instruct everyone in safety practices. Students will learn a short flow that that will sweep them off their feet and onto someone else's! 
As they say: the first rule of Flight Club it tell EVERYONE about Flight Club.. And if it's your first time, you have to fly! 
No experience necessary, and beginners are very welcome.

Proudly Filipina-Canadian, Kaye is the founder of "kaye.yoga", an event and television production company rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga to produce empowering lifestyle programming for your community. In its fourth season, she created "Live Breathe Yoga", a show aired on Filipino TV to 100K subscribers across Canada. Kaye's passion for yoga stems from her dance background. Her stage presence and movement experience afforded her opportunities as a an aerial hammock performer, and contortionist at special events. One of her most treasured accomplishments is becoming a principal dancer for Folklorico Filipino Canada and in recent years for Hataw Performing Arts. Practitioner. Producer. Performer. Kaye is a serial yogiprenur – from her signature programs "Pineapple Flow" to "Konnekt" to her weekly Aerial Yoga classes, Kaye is dedicated to connecting people to a stronger, healthier relationship with themselves.

Steph is passionate about helping people feel present & connected through mindful movement practices. A body nerd and movement lover, she teaches in the USA during the winter months, and adores spending summer in Muskoka, Canada where she operates Suptopia Floating Yoga. A professional waterskier, and past stuntwoman, you can find her managing & performing the waterski show on Lake Ontario during the CNE. She also loves acro yoga, natural movement (walking, hiking, not wearing shoes), animals, and all things nature. She grew up spending summers in & on the water, and feels most at home when there is somewhere to dip her toes. Her classes are a creative blend of dynamic movement, engaged stillness, and playful discovery.
