Pregnancy is an amazing time to begin or continue a yoga practice. You will love how prenatal yoga connects you to your changing body + your beautiful babe, while preparing your mind and body for birth. Our love-filled studio is a safe and professional space for pregnant women to practice yoga. This is more than just a yoga class, our highly trained teachers create a supportive community where mamas-to-be connect, share and make lasting friendships.
You may begin your prenatal yoga practice at any point in your pregnancy; however, if you are unsure, check in with your health care provider first. You do not need to have prior yoga experience -- we have women of all levels in our prenatal yoga classes.
